Additional Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing distinct parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
